Visit of representatives of the Swiss Confederation company OVD Kinegram AG

On 5 October 2017, the Service of Technological Security of State Documents under the Ministry of Finance was visited by sales directors for Europe Reto Mueller and Erik Mitterhofer from the Swiss Confederation company OVD Kinegram AG and its communication representative Tadas Birbilas.

Long-time employee of OVD Kinegram AG Reto Mueller introduced the new sales director Erik Mitterhofer who will take over that position since 2018. Director of the Service Klemensas Rimšelis thanked Reto Mueller for successful cooperation, and emphasized the high quality of kinegrams made by OVD Kinegram AG. They are used on more than 110 security documents of different countries, including new 20 euro banknotes, new 5 pound notes of the United Kingdom, Australian 5 and 10 dollar notes, passports of the Republic of Lithuania, the Swiss Confederation and the Netherlands, identity cards of the United States of America and Norway, driving licences of Germany and Slovakia, and other important security documents.
