International conference "Intergraf Currency+Identity"

On 18-20 October 2023, the major international security printing conference “Intergraf Currency+Identity” was held in Bilbao, Kingdom of Spain. It is organised every other year and attracts representatives of the most advanced producers of security printing technologies, central banks, legal and other administrative authorities worldwide. What are the priorities in the present time of disturbances and uncertainty? How are we responding to the sustainability demand? What future documents would look like? These are only a few questions which were raised at the conference held since 1976. Director Klemensas Rimšelis and chief adviser Audronė Karaciejūtė-Kulnė of the Service of Technological Security of State Documents under the Ministry of Finance participated in the conference and got acquainted with the perspectives of identity documents, innovations in the sphere of technological protection of security documents, trends in security documents forgery and the most advanced internationally acclaimed security documents.
